What You'll Do (depending on job)
  • Place parts in specified sequence using bolts, clips, screws, staples glues/cements
  • Use air and battery powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions
  • Package completed seats and/or finished components.
  • De-mold foam from foam molds.
  • Trim flash from molded foam parts.
  • Prep and clean foam molds and tools.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and area.
  • Transport raw materials, equipment, and production supplies between machines, loading docks, trucks, and storage areas.
  • Review production schedules and shipping orders to accurately identify, verify, and deliver materials as needed.
  • Ensure timely and efficient material delivery based on machine capacity and production schedules.
  • Safely secure loads using protective materials and strapping equipment; remove and dispose of packaging materials properly after delivery.
  • Organize and stack drums, skids, pallets, and other supplies in designated storage areas while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
  • Conduct regular inspections of products during production to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and report any safety hazards or concerns to management.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by being proactive and supportive.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and product quality.

What We're Looking For
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to stand for 10 - 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to handle tasks such as performing repetitive motions, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to be flexible in work assignments
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (including THC)
