- Material Handler
What You'll Do (depending on job)- Place parts in specified sequence using bolts, clips, screws, staples glues/cements
- Use air and battery powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions
- Package completed seats and/or finished components.
- De-mold foam from foam molds.
- Trim flash from molded foam parts.
- Prep and clean foam molds and tools.
- Clean and maintain equipment and area.
- Transport raw materials, equipment, and production supplies between machines, loading docks, trucks, and storage areas.
- Review production schedules and shipping orders to accurately identify, verify, and deliver materials as needed.
- Ensure timely and efficient material delivery based on machine capacity and production schedules.
- Safely secure loads using protective materials and strapping equipment; remove and dispose of packaging materials properly after delivery.
- Organize and stack drums, skids, pallets, and other supplies in designated storage areas while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
- Conduct regular inspections of products during production to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and report any safety hazards or concerns to management.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by being proactive and supportive.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and product quality.

What We're Looking For- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand for 10 - 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to handle tasks such as performing repetitive motions, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Willingness to be flexible in work assignments
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (including THC)
