Job description

As a Lead Manufacturing Associate here at Honeywell, you will use your knowledge to help Honeywell deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development of Honeywell's next generation of products. You will be a part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of our projects and programs.

In this role, you will impact the success of our business by leading and managing a team to meet production targets and deliver on customer commitments. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Your leadership and strategic decision-making skills will be essential in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production processes
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor production targets and ensure they are met within the specified timelines
  • Uphold safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
  • Train and mentor manufacturing associates to enhance their skills and performance
  • Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence within the manufacturing team

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
