Job description

We are seeking dedicated Laborers to assist with various manual tasks at our shop yard and construction sites. This role involves physical work such as shoveling dirt, sweeping streets, carrying materials, and maintaining equipment. Laborers will work primarily in small teams of 1-5 people and occasionally may be required to work weekend or overtime shifts. No operation of heavy machinery is required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, and toting materials
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of construction sites and shop yard
  • Execute basic equipment maintenance and upkeep
  • Load and unload materials and supplies safely
  • Follow instructions precisely to ensure safety and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in construction or labor work
  • Strong physical stamina for demanding tasks
  • Awareness of safety practices on work sites
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Reliable transportation a must to get to job sites in the surrounding Atlanta areas. Currently, Woodstock, Marietta, South Atlanta and Acworth areas
