Job description

We are a full-service hotel committed to delivering reliable technology, secure systems, and excellent guest experiences. We are currently seeking a Low Voltage & IT Support Engineer to join our Engineering / IT team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and support hotel low-voltage systems, including:
    • CCTV & surveillance systems
    • Access control & key systems
    • Structured cabling & network infrastructure
    • Telephone and TV systems
  • Provide basic IT support, including:
    • Network and hardware troubleshooting
    • Coordination with vendors and service providers
  • Ensure system stability and quick response to technical issues
  • Maintain service records and follow hotel SOPs
  • Support emergency repairs and on-call duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience with low-voltage systems and IT support (hotel experience preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) – required
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
