About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston within the Residences Department in Boston, Massachusetts, the Residential Porter is responsible for delivering incoming packages and assisting in coordinating Resident requests. The Residential Porter reports to the Residential Manager.
As Residential Porter, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Greeting and assisting Residents, visitors, and vendors.
  • Delivering incoming packages, mail, dry cleaning, flowers, and groceries to Residences.
  • Assisting in coordinating Resident requests and affairs.
  • Collaborating with other Residences colleagues to provide a seamless experience for all Residents.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

As Residential Porter, we expect from you:
  • Able to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to lift 50lbs. regularly.
  • Able to lift 100lbs. on an occasional basis.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Multilingual is preferred.

Compensation
The hourly rate of pay for this position is $29.78.
