Through innovative process automation technology, the company engineers and manufactures products that serve over 500 commercial poultry hatcheries in over 65 countries worldwide.
Nova-Tech houses every aspect of its business on the MinnWest Technology Campus, including a manufacturing facility located just steps away from our engineering and drafting teams. Walking from building to building, you can observe our whole process, from concept to final product.
What we're looking for:
  • Develop and lead company-wide culture and wellbeing strategies aligned with the organization's Vision, Purpose, Values, and strategic priorities.
  • Identify culture trends, opportunities, and risks, providing recommendations that strengthen organizational health and employee experience.
  • Lead strategic culture, wellbeing, and campus amenity initiatives from concept through implementation, measuring impact and driving continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior leaders to coach, influence, and reinforce values-based leadership behaviors and a strong organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to integrate culture, leadership development, and people strategies across the organization.
  • Define success metrics, analyze engagement and cultural health, and use data to guide strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Provide strategic oversight of culture initiatives, ensuring priorities are scalable, sustainable, and effectively executed.
  • Support culture and wellbeing budget planning, resource allocation, and long-term organizational priorities.

What you'll do:
The Culture Partner serves as a strategic leader and steward of the company's culture and employee experience by developing and driving initiatives that align with the organization's Vision, Purpose, Values, Pillars, and Wellbeing framework. This role will partner with Senior Leadership to shape culture strategy, influence leadership behaviors, and provide guidance that strengthens long-term organizational health. Leading scalable, sustainable culture and wellbeing initiatives, the Culture Partner will ensure alignment across the organization and translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
Other key areas include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational culture, employee experience, organizational development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven success leading company-wide culture or wellbeing initiatives with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational culture, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organization-wide initiatives.
  • Experience using data and feedback to develop strategy, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

In 2005, Nova-Tech partnered with Life-Science Innovations to buy a 37-building, 110-acre historic hospital facility in Willmar from the State of Minnesota.
