Social Media & Content Creator Intern

Consumer Beauty

Darmstadt – 6 months internship

Are you passionate about social media, content creation and beauty? As our Social Media & Content Intern, you will support the execution of social-first content strategies across Consumer Beauty brands, helping create engaging content, identify trends, monitor performance and drive brand visibility across key digital platforms.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Social Media & Content Intern, you will be reporting to the Content Creation Manager, and you will support:

  • Support the management of Instagram and TikTok editorial calendars.
  • Contribute creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
  • Appearing in front of the camera as a content creator and working alongside the Junior Content Creation Manager to film, edit, and prepare social media content.
  • Collect and track social media KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Support the preparation of monthly reporting presentations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and benchmark best practices.
  • Identify emerging trends, creators and content formats.
  • Provide insights to optimize content performance.
  • Ensure new product launches are available for content creation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR & IM, Sales and eCommerce teams.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and content partners.
  • Support the execution of local social media initiatives.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a creative, proactive and digitally savvy social media enthusiast, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are curious, collaborative and passionate about beauty, content creation and emerging digital trends.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media Studies, Marketing or a related field (minimum three completed semesters).
  • Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, creators and content formats.
  • Comfortable appearing in front of the camera and creating engaging content.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Meta Business Manager is a plus.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
