Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a sales team
  • Manage unsold follow up, internet lead follow up, phone lead follow up, service drive leads, and lease portfolio leads
  • Manage a high volume of customers and tasks
  • Maintaining a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm and accountability
  • Supporting other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects

Requirements:

  • At least 2 year experience as Sales Manager
  • Sales closer
  • Follow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close sales.
  • Willingness to train additional sales associates and thrive in a team environment.
  • Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing.
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Embrace technology and stay up-to-date with advancements in the automotive industry.
