JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Hires, trains, retains, and develops team members.
  • Work on the floor with the team 75% of the time. 25% will be office work.
  • Ensures all employee training is completed.
  • Executes team service through effective role modeling, scheduling, cross training, and employee coaching.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store.
  • Empowers the team to handle all Guest concerns calmly and with a sense of urgency.
  • Recognizes team members for demonstrating desired behavior and performance.
  • Maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet business needs and ensures all shifts are appropriately staffed.
  • Communicates Guest feedback and engage the team in action plans to resolve issues.
  • Treats all team members fairly and with respect.
  • Executes development plans for talented team members to grow their career.
  • Executes effective ordering as well as hiring and scheduling to meet weekly / monthly budgets per store.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
