As one of the largest authorized dealers for Cricket Wireless, {JOB DEPARTMENT} is currently seeking a self-motivated Retail Wireless Store Manager to join our team.

Job Purpose:
  • Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one on one meetings, and on the spot redirect coaching.
  • Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
  • Retain customers by provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
  • Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames
  • Perform up to 10 Business to Business sales outreach appointments per week.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Weekend availability required.
