At Alstom, we build what millions depend on daily - rail transportation systems that can't afford to fail. We're more than 85 000 people worldwide creating the industry's most diverse portfolio: high-speed trains, metros, trams, maintenance services and integrated systems.

As Deputy General Manager in Dallas, you will lead the Airport Service Delivery Center (SDC), ensuring operational excellence and a culture of safety and engagement. Your leadership will directly impact the reliability and future of urban mobility in one of the worldโ€™s most dynamic transportation hubs.

Your role, Your impact
  • Provide overall leadership and accountability for the success of the Dallas Airport Service Delivery Center (SDC).
  • Align SDC operations with Alstomโ€™s strategic vision, fostering a culture of safety, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate strategic and functional visions to all SDC employees through managers, ensuring execution alignment.
  • Develop and implement engagement strategies, supporting managers and supervisors to drive employee engagement and growth.
  • Lead the team in developing win-win solutions with customers and play a key role in future business opportunities.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and design โ€” solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As Deputy General Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. What you bring
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-functional and cross-disciplinary teams, with a focus on customer value and operational results.
  • Experience in organizations with profit & loss accountability, ideally in transportation or related industries.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders towards shared goals.
  • Expertise in developing and executing strategic Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives and fostering a true safety culture.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
How success is measured
  • Achievement of operational excellence and customer satisfaction targets for the SDC.
  • Effective implementation of engagement and development strategies for teams and individuals.
  • Delivery of strategic EHS initiatives and measurable improvements in safety culture.
Alstom, a great place to grow
  • Opportunities for long-term career growth and development in a stable, innovative industry.
  • Collaboration with diverse, multidisciplinary teams and access to award-winning learning resources.
  • Comprehensive and competitive reward packages, including social coverage and recognition for your performance and potential.
Here, progress isn't always easy โ€” the scale is massive, the tasks are complex โ€” but the impact is real.

Because when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects โ€” that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.
