Plant Operations Coordinator - Temporary | Revised Responsibilities
Production Planning & Manufacturing Orders
  • Create, release, modify, and close Manufacturing Orders (MOs).
  • Perform weekend manufacturing order reconciliation and closure.
  • Support production scheduling updates.
  • Create new manufacturing orders as needed.
  • Communicate schedule updates to plant personnel.

Production Reporting
  • Maintain daily production reporting.
  • Review production consumption accuracy.
  • Maintain production KPI reporting and plant boards.
  • Generate and distribute daily and weekly production reports.

Production Documentation
  • Build and maintain daily production folders.
  • Scan, archive, and maintain production documentation.
  • Maintain electronic production records.
  • Return completed production documentation for retention.
  • Support document control activities.

Preventive Maintenance Documentation
  • Print weekly PM work orders.
  • Enter PM completion records.
  • Scan and archive completed PM documentation.
  • Maintain maintenance documentation files.

Quality & Food Safety Support
  • Support pH sample collection as required.
  • Perform pH meter verification as required.
  • Verify production scales as required.

Physical count & Material Management
  • Reconcile production inventories.
  • Perform weekly dry ingredient physical counts.
  • Maintain dry ingredient inventory records.
  • Maintain production consumable inventory levels.

Administrative & Operations Support
  • Prepare Zebra labels and production documentation as requested.
  • Maintain production administrative supplies.
  • Support Production Managers, Supervisors, and Leads.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
