Production Supervisor (Weekend Shift)

Pay: $33.00–$35.00/hour
Shift: Weekend Shift – Friday through Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: North East Tulsa

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Supervisor to lead weekend operations in a fast-paced fabrication manufacturing environment. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, supporting employees, solving problems, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, maintain a strong shop floor presence, and drive a culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities during the weekend shift.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production employees to maximize performance and engagement.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to provide support and resolve issues quickly.
  • Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Hold team members accountable for attendance, performance, and workplace expectations.
  • Encourage cross-training and employee development.
  • Work closely with production planning, maintenance, and management to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a fabrication facility is required.
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Laser cutting equipment
    • Press brakes
    • Welding operations
    • Robotic welding systems
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, quality standards, and workplace safety.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate employees while maintaining accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • Controlled Warehouse systems
  • Infor ERP
  • AS400
  • Paycor timekeeping/payroll
  • Previous leadership experience on weekend or alternative shifts
