Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation, preparing structures for insulation, and driving a truck and trailer to and from job sites. You will also be responsible for coordinating with Management and other employees to complete jobs as efficiently as possible.
Perfect for:

Someone with commercial / industrial painting, technician, or construction experience. Don't have spray foam experience? No problem! We're here to train you the Spray Foam Genie way!
Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate should have basic mechanical skills, general carpentry skills, and basic construction knowledge.
  • Experience with insulation, encapsulation, waterproofing, and air sealing is highly desirable.
  • Backing a truck and trailer is a must-have skill.
  • Experience in spray foam for commercial or residential applications is preferred, but not required, as we will provide training for all new employees.
Requirements:
  • Must be physically fit and agile, with the ability to work in tight attics and crawlspaces.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds consistently.
  • Must be able to work in hot summer conditions in a construction environment.
  • Must be punctual, organized, and efficient.
  • The candidate must also maintain a clean and professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Must be willing and able to pass a pulmonary fit test
