Are you a master of your craft who prefers solving complex roofing puzzles over slapping shingles down on high-volume production lines? We are seeking a Repair Crews to join our expanding team.

This is not a high-volume production crew role. We are looking for a dedicated diagnostic expert who takes pride in hunting down leaks, resolving complex residential roofing issues, and delivering flawless, top-tier workmanship.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality residential roof repairs and preventative maintenance.

  • Inspect roofs to identify, troubleshoot, and accurately pinpoint the source of leaks.

  • Execute detail-oriented repairs on flashings, valleys, shingles, and various roof components.

Position Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on residential roofing installation experience.

  • 5+ years of specialized experience in roofing service, leak detection, and repair.
