Job description

Position Overview Tropicana Properties is seeking a highly skilled and creative designer to help shape and elevate our visual brand presence across all platforms. This role goes beyond production design. We are looking for someone who can own and refine our visual identity, guide creative direction, and collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to ensure every piece of communication reflects who we are as a company.

The ideal candidate is a strong designer first - someone with exceptional taste, attention to detail, and the ability to execute across print, digital, video, and social media - while also understanding how visual communication supports leasing performance, recruiting, brand awareness, and company growth. A degree is not required. A strong portfolio and demonstrated experience matter more.
