  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to ALS health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Champion ALS values and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support employee engagement through recognition, development, and communication initiatives.
  • Ensure effective use of centralized systems (e.g., Webview) for data integrity and operational visibility.
  • Support continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to evaluate operational performance, ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, provide coaching to local teams, and drive alignment with company policies and laboratory best practices.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal), public speaking, and ability to build client relationships.
  • Proficiency in analyzing Profit & Loss statements, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.

  • Strong judgment, integrity, adaptability, and ability to manage escalations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of analytical chemistry principles and client needs in Geological Sciences and Engineering.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to set direction, inspire teams, and drive results in a dynamic, service-oriented business.
  • Ability to manage change, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Required Qualifications:
