HR Generalist
The HR Generalist at Läderach North America will support critical HR functions across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, with a strong focus on HRIS maintenance, recruiting, and onboarding. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner TX, this full-time, on-site role is based in our Dallas, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent HRIS skills, and a keen interest in expanding their HR knowledge.
What you can expect
  • You support and coordinate policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to meet the organization's human resources, compliance, and strategic needs.
  • You maintain HR files on SharePoint, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • You continuously review and process incoming documents in UKG, our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • You assist with the recruitment process, including managing requisitions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating the recruitment dashboard.
  • You own the end-to-end onboarding process, including tracking candidate progress and facilitating New Hire Orientation.
  • You prepare and manage various HR correspondence and respond to employee inquiries.
  • You provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and updating employee records.
  • You perform other duties as required.

What we expect from you
  • You have 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
  • You have experience in Retail or Hospitality within a multi-unit and/or multi-state setting.
  • You preferably have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have HR certification, PHR, or SHRM (preferred but not required).
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • You have knowledge of UKG (a plus).
  • You can handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • You have a proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
