Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is seeking an Agility Lead that serves as a strategic influencer and trusted partner across Area Products consisting of multiple teams. This role is responsible for driving agile maturity, operational excellence, and organizational transformation by coaching leaders, facilitating collaboration, and enabling scalable agile practices. The Agility Lead partners closely with Business and Technology stakeholders to align teams with organizational objectives, improve delivery outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate as a trusted advisor and influencer across Area Products comprised of multiple cross-functional teams
* Build strong partnerships with Business and Technology Leaders to drive alignment, engagement, and organizational agility
* Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and stakeholders above the team level to ensure agile adoption, buy-in, and sustained transformation
* Lead and coach teams in the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies and best practices
* Promote open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement among teams and stakeholders
* Leverage data, metrics, and analytics to identify trends, uncover root causes, and recommend actionable improvements across products and teams
* Develop thoughtful insights and implement scalable solutions that improve delivery effectiveness and operational performance
* Collaborate with Agile Coaches and enterprise leaders to drive complex, scalable agile solutions across multiple products and business areas
* Facilitate strategic discussions, workshops, and planning sessions using advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
* Influence stakeholders and communicate organizational impediments, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership
* Develop and execute short- to mid-term operational and transformation plans aligned with organizational priorities and product goals
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience leading agile transformations and coaching multiple teams in a complex enterprise environment
* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, or related practices
* Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders and stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
* Experience leveraging metrics, analytics, and data-driven insights to improve team and organizational performance
* Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and organizational change management capabilities
* Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive scalable operational improvements
Preferred Skills:
* Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile, or equivalent
* Experience supporting large-scale product organizations or enterprise transformations
* Familiarity with agile delivery tools and reporting platforms
* Strong leadership presence with the ability to navigate ambiguity
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
