Fixed Income Reference Data Team-
Our Fixed Income Reference Data solutions are critical to the success of Bloomberg's Enterprise Content business. We have built a best-in-class data product offering that services client demand for completeness, timeliness and high-quality reference data. Reference data provides the foundation across pricing, regulatory, risk and our sustainable Fixed Income Data Solutions. This business is core to our growth strategy across Enterprise Data, and our ambition is to continue servicing the most complex demands and challenges of our clients so that they can innovate and deliver value to their clients. The team is responsible for identifying, creating, and designing data solutions that leverage Bloomberg's Fixed Income data. This requires an in-depth understanding of Fixed Income markets and key market drivers.
The Role-
We are seeking a senior individual to join the Fixed Income Reference Data team as Team Lead. They will be responsible for building the strategic product roadmap and measurement of progress towards the long-term vision for Fixed Income Reference Data. They will lead a group of high-performing product managers while also being charged with the development and execution of a business strategy that will take the Fixed Income capabilities forward, recognizing innovations in technology, and evolving industry trends. Key to this is understanding the multi-dimensional challenges our clients are trying to solve and making sure that we remain their trusted partner as they work with us to build solutions driven by best-in-class data
We'll trust you to:
  • Drive growth in the Data business by defining a forward-looking product strategy, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and executing with agility.
  • Lead, inspire, mentor, and develop a team of product managers
  • Work closely with clients, Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to drive Fixed Income Data business growth
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to execute the go-to-market strategy and increase product awareness

You'll need to have:
  • 7+ years' experience as a Product Manager with proven experience in a leadership role
  • Deep understanding of Fixed Income Markets including and not limited to Bonds, Munis, Corps and Cash structured Products
  • Proven understanding of capital markets, market structure and the many factors impacting our clients and therefore driving their challenges, priorities
    • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, influence and drive data business requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge data science and quantitative investing processes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts with clarity and influence across senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel globally as needed to engage with teams, clients and industry partners

We'd love to see:
  • Passion for AI innovation and the evolving landscape of agentic, intelligent data systems
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages typically used in data science and analytics

Salary Range = 235,000 - 350,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
