Job Summary:

The Senior Associate, Product Delivery Manager will partner with the Head of Operations to drive best practices for product delivery, improve product health metrics, and ensure effective Agile practices across the Consumer Branded Credit Card Product area.
Responsibilities:
• Own the portfolio controls operating model, including standards, governance cadence, required artifacts/evidence, and exceptions management.
• Monitor and track product health metrics (e.g., PHD 2.0 or equivalent) and ensure teams follow required SDLC/change/release control steps, driving actions to address gaps.
• Own Jira Align hygiene and Epic management, including maintaining epic quality and monitoring Epic Delivery validation metrics to ensure accurate planning-to-delivery traceability.
• Partner with the CBC Product Agility Lead to execute Agile delivery ceremonies (e.g., Backlog Review, Quarterly Planning, etc.).
• Partner with Card Business Controls to coordinate audit readiness, including evidence collection, retention approach, and timely responses to control inquiries.
• Define and maintain PXT portfolio control expectations (required evidence, frequency, tolerances) and ensure consistent adoption across our product teams.
• Maintain the CBC Product Confluence ecosystem (up-to-date content, standardized templates across product teams, and an organized/clean information architecture).
• Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on program outcomes. Monitor dependencies and other inter-related efforts across teams; oversee escalations to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Design and execute program touchpoints with product teams for status reporting.
• Compile and communicate key decisions and updates on business activities to generate cross-team and cross-product awareness.
• Partner with the Head of Operations to develop, document, and refine processes for critical business functions that occur on a regular cadence. These include executive updates, portfolio road mapping, offsites, workshops, fiscal budget planning, and resourcing.
• Facilitate progress by ensuring teams have the tools and resources they need to complete deliverables.
• Drive team effectiveness by establishing communication patterns and cadences that build culture.
• Cultivate a positive team operating model by monitoring morale and escalating friction points.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Lean delivery and portfolio-level planning (quarterly planning, dependency/risk management, capacity/throughput concepts).
• Proven ability to drive data hygiene, standardize workflows/templates, manage epics, and maintain clean, accurate content ecosystems.
• Familiarity with SDLC and change/release management controls; able to ensure teams follow required steps and produce appropriate evidence.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills (Product, Tech, Finance, Controls) with ability to influence without authority and drive adherence to standards.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; experienced facilitating governance forums and planning events and driving action/decision logging.
• High bar for data quality, documentation hygiene, and process improvement; able to identify root causes and implement durable fixes.
• Highly organized and self-motivated to deliver customer-obsessed products, drive product releases, and flexibly adapt to internal & market forces.
