Hourly Pay Rate: $70

*Rate includes $202 daily tax-exempt stipend

Requirements:

  • One year experience as a Radiologic Technologist required
  • AAS in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, NYS license/registration and ARRT (must obtain within 1 year of appointment)
  • Must have a limited permit if NYS License/Registration hasn't been obtained yet.
  • CPR Certified

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Ensure patients are positioned correctly for optimal image quality and provide patient care, explaining procedures and answering questions
  • Practice radiation safety and protection to minimize patient exposure
  • Provide radiologic examinations based on the needs of referring physicians and radiologists
