Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Radiologic Technologist experience preferred in interventional radiology, special procedures, or hospital radiology
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Current technologist credential required
  • Comfortable assisting with interventional and procedural imaging cases
  • Ability to set up procedure tables and scrub with physicians
  • Experience using Epic for patient lookup and workflow support
  • Familiarity with Siemens Artis Zee and GE ultrasound equipment preferred
Responsibilities
  • Support a variety of special procedures, including thoracentesis, paracentesis, line placements, LPs, biopsies, drain placements, and more
  • Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures with strong attention to detail and sterile technique
  • Help prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and tables for daily cases
  • Work collaboratively with RNs and fellow Radiologic Technologists to provide efficient patient care
  • Use Epic to review patient information and support smooth workflow
  • Participate in call coverage as needed for weekend, holiday, or after-hours needs
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a smaller community hospital environment
