Position Summary

MS level Project Manager sought to support the Services Department in organizing resources, information, and data to facilitate Genomic Service Projects for a rapidly growing biotechnology company.

Founded in 2012, EpiCypherยฎ was created in response to the growing demand for high-quality reagents and services to study chromatin regulation and enable epigenetics-focused drug development. EpiCypher is at the cutting edge of chromatin mapping with our CUTANAโ„ข platform for ultra-sensitive CUT&RUN, CUT&Tag and Fiber-seq assays. These deliver high quality epigenomic data at a cost and ease-of-use accessible to a broad range of researchers. From our strong scientific expertise and rigor, to our focus on customer success, EpiCypher is proud to be an epigenetics company For Scientists, By Scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MS with two or more years direct lab experience.
  • Solid molecular biology background with the ability to rapidly gain working knowledge in new fields.
  • Attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of epigenetics is a definite plus.
  • Prior employment in a commercial science setting required. Act as a primary point of contact for external clients, translating complex scientific requirements into actionable project timelines and managing expectations.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work toward specific goals under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and complete parallel projects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Works equally well as an individual and part of a team.
  • Experience with Project Management platforms is highly valued.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Generous benefits package includes subsidized health, dental, and vision; paid vacation, sick leave, and parental leave; federal and floating holidays; mental health day; 401(k) matching up to 6%; professional development reimbursement; paid life insurance and stock options.

EpiCypherโ€™s mission is to lead the epigenetics field in developing high-quality products and services that accelerate chromatin science to improve and extend human life. In this mission, we hold our core values in high regard: mutual respect, fairness, commitment to excellence, customer success, scientific advancement, effective communication, integrity, and teamwork.
