  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy for fulfillment operations that aligns with organizational objectives, growth plans, and operational priorities.
  • Lead the strategic transition from a temporary or contingent workforce to a full-time employee model across multiple fulfillment centers.
  • Develop the policies, procedures, staffing plans, onboarding programs, compensation practices, and employee-integration processes required to support the workforce transition.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing HR team supporting geographically dispersed fulfillment centers.

  • Establish meaningful HR metrics and reporting related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, time to fill, employee relations, labor costs, and compliance.
  • Champion a high-performance culture centered on accountability, operational excellence, employee engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a strong on-site presence throughout the fulfillment network and travel approximately 50% to support facilities, leaders, and employees.

  • HR leadership experience within multi-site fulfillment, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse operations

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, investigations, claims management, and multi-state compliance
  • Experience supporting operations in NJ, WI, TX, GA, and CA
  • Expertise in high-volume hiring, workforce planning, retention, and HR metrics
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%
  • Must be based in or near Dallas, Atlanta, Los Angeles, or Bellevue
  • A bachelor's degree and SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
