Job description

Location: Cheyenne, WY
Pay Rate: $55,000-$65,000 per year (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Cheyenne, Wyoming office. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

About the Role

Top Flight Maintenance is filling the Account Management & Estimating Manager seat — the person accountable for the health, retention, and organic growth of our existing commercial customer base across Northern Colorado and Wyoming. This is a relationship-driven role: keeping current accounts strong, renewing contracts proactively, expanding existing customers into additional service lines, and producing accurate estimates and proposals for that existing-account work. This seat is intentionally separate from net-new outbound sales, which is owned by a dedicated business
development seat. Success here is measured by what we keep and grow, not by new logos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management & Retention
  • Contract Renewals
  • Service-Line Expansion & Upsell
  • Estimating & Proposal Creation (Existing Accounts)
  • Internal Coordination / Clean Handoff to Operations

What Success Looks Like - First 90 Days

  • Full command of the existing account base, the renewal calendar, and Aspire pricing methodology.
  • Renewal pipeline mapped 60–90 days out with no gaps.
  • Estimating templates and pricing shorthand documented and consistent (clean continuity from the prior
    estimator).
  • At least one existing-account expansion opportunity identified and advanced.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B account management or commercial services (janitorial, landscape, facilities, or property
    maintenance strongly preferred).
  • Estimating / pricing experience or demonstrated aptitude with margin math.
  • CRM and workflow discipline (HubSpot, Aspire, or comparable).
  • Proactive, servant-minded communicator who builds trust with commercial clients.
  • Highly organized and self-directed — able to drive scheduled work without supervision.
  • Based in or commutable to Cheyenne, WY.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with commercial property management / portfolio accounts.
  • Contract and scope-of-work drafting experience.

Top Flight Maintenance is a full-service facilities management and maintenance company serving commercial clients in Northern Colorado and Southwestern Wyoming. We specialize in providing reliable, high-quality solutions across multiple disciplines — from janitorial and landscaping to irrigation, plant maintenance, flooring care, window washing, snow removal, and maintenance projects, to include on-site project management.
