As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the promotion of TIGER Drylac’s brand, products, sales, and customer service in a defined geographical region. This position is for MN, ND, SD, & Northern IA territory regions in the U.S.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales
    1. Responsible for direct sales for all existing and future customers in prescribed territory
    2. Understand entire TIGER product portfolio and make appropriate product recommendations
    3. Maintain and develop existing and new customers to optimize service, sales growth, and customer satisfaction
    4. Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to company policy
    5. Integrate individual sales efforts with other organized marketing activities and/or other regions where required
    6. Respond to and follow up with sales inquiries
    7. Monitor and support current market and competitor activities
    8. Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage assigned customers
    9. Technical service & training of the customers‘ applicators including trouble shooting in conjunction with AFS.
  • Administrative Services
    1. Enter and maintains data into Smart Business Client for SAP
    2. Forecast sales for the region
    3. Report as required by company
