About the hiring team: Level Infinite is Tencent’s global gaming brand, a worldwide publisher that offers a network of services for game studios and developers. We are committed to delivering engaging and original gaming experiences across multiple platforms while fostering an inclusive community.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging and business‑oriented North America go‑to‑market plans (paid media, creatives, live‑ops, budget management, digital marketing) to support the lifecycle of the games you are responsible for.
  • Act as the local point of contact for marketing stakeholders, representing North America and collecting global insights to inform local planning and execution.
  • Manage brand activation projects for games launched by the business unit, collaborating with internal stakeholders across Brand Marketing, Product Development, Partnership, Creative Development, Influencers, and Community at the NA and HQ levels.
  • Project manage: monitor status from kick‑off to post‑performance review, check milestones, ensure on‑time delivery, and produce post‑mortem reports.
  • Manage consumer‑facing content within a market localization and quality optimization framework (copywriting, visual impact, trends).
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience in marketing operations, campaign implementation, and global gaming marketing.
  • Experience developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, paid media, influence, advertising, events, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Experience creating and implementing content for gaming brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to create demand‑driving strategies through digital channels.
  • Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel, metrics, and analytics to optimize campaigns.
  • Project management skills and the ability to balance multiple stakeholders’ priorities.
  • Avid gamer with experience in mobile, PC, and console games, especially shooters; GAAS experience is a plus.
  • Experience launching in several North American countries, with a strong understanding of these markets’ gaming environments.
Benefits
  • Base pay range $97,000 to $224,900 per year (subject to experience).
  • Eligibility for sign‑on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units.
