Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Telematics QA Test Manager with strong expertise in automotive infotainment and connected vehicle systems to lead end-to-end quality assurance and testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage test strategy, planning, execution, and delivery across telematics, infotainment, connectivity, and embedded automotive platforms. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, software, hardware, and supplier teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement comprehensive QA and test strategies for telematics, infotainment, connectivity, and connected vehicle systems.
  • Lead functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, performance, and field-testing activities.
  • Manage testing across technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, GPS/GNSS, OTA updates, TCU, CAN, and cloud-connected services.
  • Lead and mentor QA/test teams, manage test schedules, resources, risks, defects, and overall quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality risks, drive defect resolution, and ensure timely delivery of automotive software releases.
  • Experience with test automation, defect management, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and automotive standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262 is highly desirable.
