Work You'll Do

As a Manager on the project, you will:

  • Optimize Production Throughput: Build and refine digital models of manufacturing lines to analyze capacity, reduce bottlenecks, and support surge scenarios. 
  • Improve Material Flow & Inventory Accuracy: Design and implement storage optimization tools, cycle count processes, and RFID/barcode solutions to accelerate wall-to-wall inventory and enhance visibility. 
  • Enable Data-Driven Operations: Develop and integrate OT-IT data flows for predictive maintenance and KPI dashboards; deploy WIP tracking and digital work instructions to standardize processes and improve quality.

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret security clearance for this role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain manufacturing maintenance optimization (manufacturing analysis, design optimization tools)
  • 3+ years executing process simulation, analysis and design (current/future state, requirements, SOPs, controls) in complex environments
  • 3+ years of project delivery experience (work planning, facilitation, RAID management, deliverable ownership)
  • Ability to work on-site 100% of the time in Huntsville, AL
