TheInfrastructure Servicesdepartment provides the toolsandautomation to store, organize and manipulate data while making that data easily retrievable. Various hardware and software tools, along with support, combine to enable these functions inacost-effectivemethod that helps to increase efficiency and accuracy.

TheRegional System Support Specialist linstalls, maintainsand supportsall IS related hardware and software. The Specialistmay also recommend solutions that spantheirspecific locations.

  • Set initial priority of requests in Service Pro system and assign appropriate resources
  • Manage site assets, inventory, and systems
  • Proactively monitor and maintainsystems within area of responsibility to support business productivity
  • Load and maintain authorized software onto PCs
  • Place requisitions for new hardware and softwareonceapproved
  • Participate in the selection of team members as directed by my manager
  • Coordinate tasks with team members and give feedback in relation to those tasks
  • Participate in and make recommendations during team meetings
  • Collaborate with peers to understand and support new technologies deployed withinthe company

Minimum:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 5 years of relevant work experience including desktop support, network administration,andcomputer hardware support

  • Proficient with PC and server management systems

Preferred:

  • Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field
