Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Azure Data Engineering to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade dashboards, reporting solutions, and data pipelines. This role requires architect-level experience in BI tools, semantic modeling, and Azure analytics services to deliver actionable insights and support large-scale analytics initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
BI & Dashboard Development
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Implement advanced data modeling, DAX calculations, and performance tuning for BI solutions.
  • Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Integrate dashboards into enterprise applications while ensuring security and governance compliance.

Data Engineering & ETL
  • Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks.
  • Transform and integrate data from multiple sources into analytics-ready datasets.
  • Develop and deploy SSAS Tabular models, manage semantic layers, and optimize query performance.

Azure Analytics & Architecture
  • Work extensively with the Azure BI Stack, including:
  • Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • Azure Databricks
  • Azure Data Lake (ADLS)
  • Azure Analysis Services (SSAS)
  • Azure Stream Analytics & Event Hubs
  • Ensure best practices for data security, performance optimization, and scalability.

Collaboration & Support

  • Provide production support for BI solutions and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
  • Communicate insights and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
