Shift: 3rd Shift (Mon - Thurs; 9:00pm-7:00am)

Location: Assembly Drive

Summary of Objective:
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for developing and managing business processes and employees that provide cost effective lean maintenance services that ensure equipment reliability, asset preservation, and safe working conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

  • Plan, develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve strategic operating goals. Ensure consistency between departments in application of policies and procedures.

  • Assure a safe working environment for employees and secure necessary training to meet needs and regulations.

  • Develop, maintain and administer a staff qualified to maintain all equipment and facilities in safe and efficient working condition.

  • Assure that production equipment is capable of producing within the established specifications and tolerances.

  • Maintains a 90% on-time completion of all maintenance work orders.

  • Monitor, adjust, and provide technical expertise or training in order to meet or exceed Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets.

  • OEE improvements should focus on rate, yield, and utilization. All efforts to minimize downtime, mitigate defects, and eliminate waste should be a priority.

  • Leadership and cross-functional teamwork with Project Management, Planning, Engineering, and Production is critical to the success of new product launches and ongoing production.

  • Attend and be active on problem definitions, counter measures for line performances at the Tier I (Daily Directional Setting meeting) and Tier II (Board meeting).

  • Document and drive actions for your respected value stream.

  • Audit the centerline document system to insure sustainability and a high level of productivity.

  • Audit and maintain a high level of 5's in the facility to help maintain a safe, organized, clean high-performing workplace.

  • This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.

  • Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.

  • Attendance to work is an essential function of this position

  • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Required:

  • Formal Technical Training and/or 3-5 years related experience

  • College Level Mathematical Skills:

  • Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.

  • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.

  • Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • Previous experience in a cGMP environment

The hiring range for this position is $69,920 -$78,660 annually plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
