Aramark Nexus is hiring an Environmental Services EVS Manager for Caprock Workforce Community, located outside Pampa, Texas. This full-time EVS Manager role supports facility services, custodial operations, housekeeping standards, sanitation, safety, quality control, team leadership, and client service in a large residential workforce community.
The Environmental Services EVS Manager is responsible for developing and executing facility service solutions that keep assigned areas clean, safe, well-maintained, and aligned with client expectations. This role helps lead the daily operation of environmental services, custodial services, sanitation programs, and facility support services across the Caprock site.
This position is a strong fit for candidates with experience as an EVS Manager, Environmental Services Manager, Custodial Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Janitorial Manager, Facilities Services Manager, Soft Services Manager, or Sanitation Manager. Experience in healthcare environmental services, hospitality, campus operations, residential communities, facilities management, contract services, or large-scale custodial operations can translate well to this role.
The Environmental Services EVS Manager will lead frontline employees, support safety and sanitation standards, manage labor and supply controls, maintain strong client relationships, and help ensure the Caprock Workforce Community delivers a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for residents, guests, employees, and visitors.
This is a hands-on management role in a 24/7 workforce community where people live, work, dine, and gather on site. The right candidate will bring strong operational discipline, customer service, leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage people, process, quality, and financial performance.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead daily environmental services, custodial, housekeeping, sanitation, and facility support operations for assigned areas.
  • Own operational performance, service quality, safety, sanitation, labor planning, and financial performance for the unit.
  • Coach employees by creating a clear understanding of expectations, priorities, and how work should be completed.
  • Reward and recognize employees for strong performance, teamwork, safety, and service.
  • Identify, engage, and develop top talent within the team.
  • Plan and lead team management meetings, shift updates, and operational follow-up.
  • Ensure safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and quality standards are followed in all operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong client, customer, resident, and employee relationships.
  • Identify client needs and communicate operational progress, service updates, and issue resolution.
  • Model strong customer service and hospitality standards in all interactions.
  • Support new business, retention, and client satisfaction activities as needed.
  • Develop facility, custodial, housekeeping, sanitation, or maintenance programs to meet client and customer expectations.
  • Build revenue awareness and manage budget responsibilities, including labor, supplies, inventory, and cost controls.
  • Ensure completion and maintenance of financial statements and department reporting.
  • Deliver client and company financial targets through efficient operations and disciplined follow-through.
  • Adopt Aramark processes and systems and reduce unnecessary manual reporting.
  • Use performance metrics, data, supply trends, work order trends, and inventory patterns to improve operations.
  • Educate team members on key actions that improve service, productivity, and margins.
  • Implement and maintain labor, quality, and operational management requirements.
  • Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
  • Ensure consistent application of Aramark operating standards and Operational Excellence practices.
  • Support sustainability efforts, energy reduction, labor productivity, and total quality management.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Requires at least 2 years of experience in environmental services, custodial operations, housekeeping operations, facilities services, or a related service environment.
  • Requires up to 2 years of experience in a management, supervisory, team lead, or operational leadership role preferred.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to model key leadership behaviors and support a culture of safety, quality, service, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Ability to ensure high levels of safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong coaching, team development, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage labor, supplies, inventory, productivity, service standards, and financial performance.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with clients, customers, employees, and operational partners.
  • Ability to work in a physically active environment and support a 24/7 residential workforce community.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience as an EVS Manager, Environmental Services Manager, Custodial Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Janitorial Manager, Facilities Services Manager, Soft Services Manager, Sanitation Manager, or Facility Operations Manager.
  • Experience in healthcare environmental services, hospitality housekeeping, campus custodial services, residential communities, workforce housing, hotels, resorts, senior living, facilities management, or contract-managed services.
  • Experience managing frontline employees in a service-focused operating environment.
  • Experience with labor management, supply controls, inventory, quality audits, financial reporting, budget management, and profit and loss performance.
  • Experience implementing safety, sanitation, infection prevention, cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial standards.
