Job Description:
Preferred Wellness Services is expanding, and we're looking for a passionate Stretch & Fitness Provider to join our growing wellness team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who loves helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free through personalized, regenerative, and fitness-based services.Key Responsibilities
Client Care & Training
  • Provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client's mobility, flexibility, and recovery goals
  • Deliver personal training sessions focused on strength, conditioning, injury prevention, and functional movement
  • Perform and manage Shockwave Therapy and EMTT therapy, including client education and overall regenerative therapy management
  • Track client progress and adjust programs to ensure safe, effective, and goal-driven outcomes

Group Fitness
  • Lead engaging group fitness classes designed for all fitness levels
  • Create a welcoming, energetic environment that motivates and retains clients

Wellness Education
  • Educate clients on recovery, movement, and the full range of Preferred Wellness Services
  • Collaborate with physical therapists and the clinical team to support continuity of care

Marketing, Sales & Outreach
  • Actively promote and market wellness services, including stretching, fitness, and regenerative therapies
  • Participate in sales conversations, client onboarding, and service recommendations
  • Support advertising efforts, social media content, community events, and in-clinic promotions
  • Build strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Qualifications
  • Background in personal training, fitness, kinesiology, athletic training, or related field
  • Experience with assisted stretching and group fitness instruction preferred
  • Willingness to be trained in Shockwave and EMTT therapies
  • Strong communication, sales confidence, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
