  • Apply and uphold Sanrio brand standards across all digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure Web Accessibility (WCAG 2.1) compliance across digital assets.
  • Partner with eCommerce and Marketing to scope, prioritize, and deliver design solutions; support UI/UX needs as they arise.
  • Develop sales-focused pitch decks and one-pagers to support commercial initiatives.
  • Provide clear, constructive creative feedback to internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain and evolve a scalable library of templates and reusable assets.
  • Stay current on design tools, emerging formats, and digital best practices—bringing fresh ideas to the team.
  • Manage workload independently, communicating timelines, dependencies, and capacity effectively.

🎨 What You Bring to the Team

  • Strong foundation in design fundamentals: composition, typography, color, and usability.
  • Ability to produce animations, motion graphics, and GIFs.
  • Genuine passion for the Sanrio brand and character universe.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Interaction Design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–3 years of digital design experience, with a portfolio showcasing marketing and/or eCommerce-focused work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of digital formats, asset optimization, and platform requirements.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
