Your Best Management Group is a long term successful property management group that works for Bigelow Holding Companies which include Budget Suites of America. We offer Excellent Salary $65,000 with benefit options, paid vacations (1st year, 1 week, 2nd year, 2 weeks and 5th year, 3 weeks), 9 paid holidays, and 401(k) plan with 3% company match. Description: YBMG is seeking an experienced Roofer with at least 10 years proven experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements: Roofer must Repair and maintenance on all roof systems (none over 3 stories). Roofer must have Experience with flat roofs necessary. Roofer must have Experience with tile roofs and gutters.

Strong working knowledge of job site safety. Roofer Must have a van or truck and own tools. This position will require travel between properties.

Roofer with Strong communication skills. High standard of integrity and professionalism is required at all times. Drug free at all times.

A high school diploma or GED required. Ability to climb tall ladders. An ability to lift up to 50lbs.
