Schedule: Full-time, in-person with 40–60 hours/week. Day, evening, and night shifts may be required. Overtime and weekend work as needed. Travel required on a project basis.

As our Skilled Commercial Roofer, you'll arrive prepared, sync with your foreman, and move straight into execution: reading drawings and specs, planning sequences, and installing or restoring flat and low-slope systems with precision. Your day will blend TPO installation-tight seams, clean terminations, accurate penetrations using hot-air welding-with sheet metal components like flashing, coping, trim, curbs, wall caps, and canopies that bring the whole assembly together. You'll apply adhesives, sealants, and caulking for watertight finishes, coordinate materials and tasks with the crew, flag deficiencies early, and uphold OSHA and company safety policies while keeping the site clean, organized, and inspection-ready.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred (not required):

  • Experience with EPDM, PVC, or metal roofing systems
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Manufacturer or industry-recognized TPO roofing certification

If you're ready to put your skills where they'll be seen and rewarded, apply to Lucas Industrial today as our next Skilled Commercial Roofer! Our initial application is quick, easy, and mobile-friendly.
