Flex Revive Solutions is proactively seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This full-time role is integral to our patient-centered approach, where you will work directly with individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries in the comfort of their own homes. The successful candidate will work onsite, providing care in various home settings throughout Tampa. You will collaborate with a supportive team of two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), all dedicated to delivering superior care. Our approach emphasizes quality interactions and personalized treatment plans in a positive environment that fosters teamwork and professional development.

• Perform in-depth assessments of patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations, establishing personalized treatment goals based on individual needs.
• Manage a patient load of 2-3 clients per hour, ensuring each patient receives dedicated and focused attention during therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, emphasizing non-surgical interventions and drug-free pain management strategies.
• Track and analyze patients’ progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate and motivate patients on exercises and techniques to improve their range of motion, strength, and overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions, services provided, and treatment progress in compliance with state regulations and Flex Revive practices.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care, facilitating better outcomes and continuity of services.

Your patients will encompass a diverse demographic, ranging from post-operative recovery cases to those requiring rehabilitation from sports injuries. You will work with individuals who are seeking to regain their independence and improve their physical capabilities, tailoring your methods to meet unique personal goals and circumstances.

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active state Physical Therapist license with no disciplinary actions.
• Excellent manual therapy skills, with the ability to apply different techniques tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, to streamline documentation and patient tracking.

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly desirable, providing a clear understanding of the challenges and techniques necessary to facilitate patient recovery.
• A track record of developing successful rehabilitation plans that have resulted in significant patient improvements.
• Strong communication skills that enhance rapport with patients and foster collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
