Flex Revive Solutions is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. This full-time position requires a commitment to helping our patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life through effective rehabilitation techniques. Flex Revive Solutions is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in the heart of Miami, Florida. Our facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest technology and equipment designed for sports medicine and rehabilitation services. Work Environment

You will be working in an onsite rehabilitation center that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Our staff consists of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), all devoted to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life dynamic that ensures your commitment to patients doesn’t come at the expense of personal time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs and goals of each patient and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, delivering efficient and effective therapy sessions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities in treatment plans, focusing on promoting functional recovery and achieving optimal patient outcomes.
• Design fitness and wellness regimens tailored to individual patient needs to enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Provide evidence-based care, ensuring that all treatments align with the highest standards of clinical practice.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals, including physicians and specialists, to enhance patient care and streamline therapeutic processes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on outcomes to ensure continued improvement.
• Encourage patients by providing ongoing motivation and support throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center primarily serves athletes and active individuals who require specialized care and rehabilitation following injuries or surgeries. By focusing on orthopedic outpatient care, we provide tailored services that aim to maximize recuperation and minimize the reliance on invasive procedures or prescription medication. Our ability to cater specifically to the unique needs of this population sets us apart in the industry.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• A valid state Physical Therapist License without any board actions or disciplinary history is essential.
• Strong manual therapy skills are crucial for success in this position.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT, to streamline patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience specifically in orthopedic outpatient care is highly desirable.
• Experience in developing exercise programs and therapeutic interventions that cater to individual patient needs will be a significant advantage.
