Work Environment

The work environment at Flex Revive Solutions is collaborative and supportive. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with a team comprising two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our team is committed to providing personalized care and will work alongside you to ensure that patients receive the best therapeutic options available. Our facility is designed to create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes healing and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and treatment goals.
• Administer therapeutic treatments to 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring high-quality care and attention.
• Develop individualized care plans by integrating multiple therapeutic modalities to maximize patient recovery.
• Foster a holistic approach to patient care, focusing on increasing range of motion, mobility, and overall fitness.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and educate patients about the benefits of non-surgical options to manage pain and improve function.
• Create fitness and wellness regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports using EMR software, such as WebPT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Monitor and analyze treatment outcomes, adapting strategies to enhance results as needed.
• Inspire and motivate patients to engage fully in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The facility serves a diverse patient population, with a specific focus on individuals requiring orthopedic outpatient care. Our patients range from competitive athletes to individuals recovering from surgeries or injuries. They rely on our expertise to provide effective rehabilitation solutions that will aid in their recovery and help them achieve their physical goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Maryland, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills and comprehensive knowledge of rehabilitative techniques.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software, preferably WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient care, demonstrating success in rehabilitation strategies.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and tailoring treatments to individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Flex Revive Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
