Job description

Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Stone Detailer to join a growing architectural stone manufacturing team specializing in custom natural stone, terrazzo, cast stone, GFRC, and architectural concrete products. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong Revit expertise and experience creating shop drawings for commercial construction projects.



Key Responsibilities

  • Review architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Create detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings for custom architectural stone products.
  • Develop CNC-ready drawings and files when required.
  • Coordinate with project managers, production teams, and fabrication personnel throughout project execution.
  • Incorporate revisions based on RFIs, submittals, field conditions, and client feedback.
  • Identify and resolve drawing conflicts before fabrication begins.
  • Ensure all drawings meet quality standards, project specifications, and fabrication requirements.
  • Provide technical support for manufacturing and robotic fabrication processes.
  • Support projects from initial detailing through fabrication and installation.
  • Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail across multiple active projects.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of detailing experience in architectural stone, precast, façade systems, millwork, or related construction manufacturing environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit.
  • Experience with Rhino and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction documents.
  • Experience producing shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction detailing practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
