Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Architect with a minimum of 5 years professional experience to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of both

commercial and residential projects, managing them seamlessly from the initial design phase through to final construction completion. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in producing comprehensive construction documents, and possess proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. A professional degree in architecture is required; however, active licensure is not mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage commercial and residential projects from schematic design through construction administration.

  • Site Administration: Conduct site visits, review submittals, answer RFIs and ensure construction aligns with design intent.

  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal design teams and external engineering consultants to integrate all project systems.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Master of Architecture (M.Arch) or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from an accredited institution.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience working on both residential and commercial project types.

  • Proven Experience: A strong portfolio showing proficiency in construction drawings and specification preparation, and experience managing multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards. Deep understanding of building codes, zoning bylaws, sustainable

  • design practices, construction materials and detailing.
