We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to support the execution and optimization of our revenue operations capabilities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving systems, and driving efficiency through data and process improvements.

What You’ll Do Revenue Operations Execution & Alignment
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to support alignment across the revenue lifecycle
  • Support alignment of workflows, KPIs, and operational processes across teams
  • Identify and resolve process gaps across the lead‑to‑cash lifecycle
Forecasting, Pipeline & Reporting
  • Support and coordinate forecasting cadence, pipeline tracking, and reporting accuracy
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene standards and tracking discipline
  • Support reporting needs for leadership, including QBRs and performance tracking
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve pipeline visibility and conversion
Systems, Data & Automation
  • Administer and optimize CRM and revenue tech stack (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Support implementation of automation to improve reporting, workflows, and data integrity
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of data across systems
  • Reduce manual processes through workflow improvements and automation
Process Improvement & Optimization
  • Document and improve sales and customer lifecycle processes
  • Support standardization of onboarding, billing, and contract workflows
  • Maintain process documentation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Cross-Functional Execution
  • Lead execution of key RevOps initiatives (system improvements, process changes, automation rollout)
  • Partner with Finance on pipeline reporting and forecasting support
  • Collaborate with Product, PMO, and GTM teams to improve operational effectiveness
What You’ll Bring Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar GTM roles
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting pipeline reporting, forecasting processes, and sales operations cadence
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Advanced Salesforce experience (admin‑level capabilities preferred)
  • Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or advanced Excel)
  • Experience with automation tools, integrations, or RevTech stack optimization
  • SaaS or technology‑enabled business experience
  • Oil & Gas / Energy industry experience

Work Details
  • Location: Hybrid office, and home office
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, various shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM CT
  • Environment: Office, home office, and occasional field work

  • Remote: Monday and Friday
  • In‑office: Tuesday through Thursday
