Location: 11400 158th Road, Mayetta, KS

Pay Range: $68,152 - $81,782

Offering rate will vary within the listed range above. *Supported by the Department budget & related experience/education*

Role:

The Behavioral Health Therapist provides counseling and therapy for clients with diagnosed mental health and substance use disorders. Works collaboratively with clients to perform mental health and substance use disorder evaluations, assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and provide counseling and support to promote positive mental health and well-being. This position is a full-time grant funded position and is contingent upon renewal of the grant.

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all minimum requirements by the closing date of this announcement.


Minimum Requirements:

Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience working in the Mental Health field.

Education: Master's degree in social work, Human Services, counseling, or related field. Current KS BSRB license in Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed  Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
