Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to inform treatment planning and intervention strategies.
• Design and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and circumstances.
• Provide therapeutic services through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to promote personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed mental health counselor at Rethink Counseling, you will work with a varied patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges. Our clients often seek support for issues such as PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, and relationship difficulties. By employing a client-centered approach, you will help them develop coping strategies and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• An empathetic, compassionate demeanor with a non-judgmental approach to client care.

Preferred Experience
