The Remote Retail Construction Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage retail construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires expertise in construction management within the property industry and a keen ability to coordinate with various stakeholders. Description Oversee all phases of retail construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing any potential delays or cost overruns. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present regular progress reports to key stakeholders. Manage procurement of materials and equipment in alignment with project needs. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts to maintain project momentum. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success.
