Job description

U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated building maintenance services company, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Welcome Center Rest Area Attendant for the Hardeeville, SC Welcome Center. Do you want to be a part of a team that values strong work ethic, have a flexible work schedule, and meet interesting people? This position is responsible for the general maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the Welcome Center under the supervision of the Project Manager or designated Supervisor.
*MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE Sunday - Thursday 3:00pm-11:00pm SHIFT
Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General Maintenance
โ€ข Grounds Maintenance
โ€ข Solid Waste Removal
โ€ข Empty trash receptacles as need and required per contract
โ€ข Empty recycling containers as needed and as required per contract
โ€ข Parking Lots / Sidewalks
โ€ข Sweep as needed
โ€ข Pick up Litter
โ€ข Remove Snow on sidewalks as directed to ensure a safe and clear path
โ€ข Apply ice melt
โ€ข Flower Beds and Non-paved areas
โ€ข Remove Litter
โ€ข Clean Picnic areas
โ€ข Clean grills
โ€ข Building Maintenance Interior
โ€ข Replace light bulbs as requested
โ€ข All other maintenance needs as requested
โ€ข Janitorial:
โ€ข Sweep and mop all support rooms
โ€ข Sweep and mop lobbies, entrance ways and common areas
โ€ข Clean all countertops
โ€ข Clean all fixtures
โ€ข Clean windows
โ€ข Dust all desks, flat services, pictures, and walls, etc.
โ€ข Vacuum all carpeted areas
โ€ข Empty garbage containers in office and common areas
โ€ข Clean and disinfect sinks, urinals, toilets, etc.
โ€ข Fill paper towel and toilet paper dispensers, soap dispensers, etc.
โ€ข Clean and disinfect kitchen area
โ€ข Clean mirrors as needed
โ€ข Strip and wax floors
โ€ข All other Welcome Center needs

Qualifications:
โ€ข Be willing to work overtime, including weekends and holidays
โ€ข Have a current government issued identification.
โ€ข Must have transportation to and from assigned work location
โ€ข Be able to lift twenty-five to fifty pounds (25-50lbs.)
โ€ข Be able to comply with Company Drug and Alcohol Policy
โ€ข Prior Janitorial experience preferred
Compensation:
