Job Summary:

You will be the core bridge between business needs and technical R&D, undertaking business needs and converting them into standardized, executable technical specifications and R&D plans. You will balance business needs and technical implementation constraints, align technical solutions with all R&D roles, and ensure all R&D and delivery work is centered on business value realization. This role is critical to turning messy business needs into clear technical tasks and laying a solid foundation for the team's reference design and product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis and decomposition of business needs, output detailed and standardized technical specifications (Tech Specs), clearly defining R&D goals, technical indicators, interface specifications, delivery standards and project timelines.
  • Leverage hands-on experience in enterprise-level AI solution design and implementation, develop tailored AI solution frameworks, conduct solution feasibility analysis, independently verify the effectiveness and compatibility of open-source projects and third-party AI products, and translate complex business pain points into practical, scalable AI deployment plans for global business groups and external enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with Agentic Engineers, AI Engineers and Full-Stack Delivery Engineers to evaluate the feasibility of technical solutions, balance the trade-offs between business needs and technical implementation cost, difficulty and cycle, and adjust solutions in a timely manner based on technical feedback.
  • Track the entire process of R&D and prototype development, timely respond to the technical team's questions about business needs, synchronize demand change information, and ensure the R&D direction is consistent with the original business needs.
  • Compile complete product requirement documents, technical solution documents and R&D guidelines, establish a standardized document management system, and provide clear technical guidance for subsequent engineering delivery to avoid repeated development.
  • Participate in the verification of the reference design prototype, combine business needs to evaluate the product's business value realization effect, and put forward optimization suggestions for the R&D team to improve the prototype's business adaptability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or related fields. Master's or PHD is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise AI product definition, requirement decomposition and technical specification development, with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
  • Profound understanding of core AI technologies and frameworks (agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, multimodal models), and familiar with the technical characteristics of open-source agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex and AutoGen.
  • Excellent document writing and logical thinking capabilities, able to output high-quality, executable technical specifications, and clearly define technical indicators and implementation standards for all R&D links.
  • Strong problem decomposition and analysis capabilities, able to convert vague business needs into specific, modular technical tasks, and independently judge the feasibility of technical solutions.
  • Good cross-team collaboration and communication skills, able to efficiently communicate and coordinate with business teams and technical R&D teams, and promote the smooth implementation of demand conversion and R&D projects.
  • Proficiency in Python and common AI development tools, with basic system design capabilities, able to participate in the core discussion of R&D solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI prototype design and development, able to assist the R&D team in prototype verification and optimization.
  • Familiar with hybrid cloud and edge-cloud collaboration technical architecture, with experience in integrating AI technology with hardware products.
  • Experience in managing the entire product development cycle of AI products, from requirement definition to prototype delivery.
