We are seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our ambitious team at Resilient Women's Health Hub. Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space while still engaging with a collaborative team of mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs and concerns.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique circumstances and aspirations.
  • Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to meet client needs.
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Providing psychoeducation and support for clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the therapeutic process.
  • Documenting client interactions and treatment plans meticulously to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on women and children, including students experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. As a counselor, you will work closely with these individuals, utilizing culturally competent practices to ensure they feel understood and supported. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate challenges they face both academically and personally.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling.
  • A strong grasp of evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and build rapport with clients.
Preferred Experience

While not required, additional experience that would enhance your candidacy includes:

  • Specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school-based setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client documentation.
Compensation and Benefits
