Critical Care Float Pool - RN | Tulsa, OK

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
  • Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
  • Incentives & Differentials
  • Relocation Bonus: $10,000


Shift Differentials:

  • $4/hr after 7 PM
  • $0.25/hr after 11 PM
  • $6/hr Critical Care Differential


We are seeking a Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic team, providing high-quality patient care across multiple critical care units. This role offers a fast-paced environment, strong clinical exposure, and excellent opportunities for growth within a leading healthcare system.


Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1-year Critical Care RN experience required
  • Strong PCU background highly preferred
  • Med-Surg candidates considered (Need to be strong experience)
  • Working knowledge of disease management, clinical pathways, and psychosocial care
  • Strong communication (written & verbal)
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively
  • Detail-oriented in clinical and data evaluation


Education & Licensure:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Valid Oklahoma RN License (multi-state or state)
